I’ve made my own pizzelles and tried many others. These, however, are by far the best. They are very light and airy and not too heavy. I’ve tried both the chocolate (by far my favorite) and the vanilla. Not a huge fan of the flavor of anise so realistically, I can’t comment on that one. I have personally made lemon and orange flavored pizzelle and love them. Would you consider either one of these flavors???
On my second order….will certainly purchase again and again!
