Salute!  First visit – Rome.  Then Naples.  Now we are headed to the Abruzzo region.  A little trivia: Pizzelle are known as the first cookie in the world.  They were first introduced in the 8^th century in Italy’s Abruzzo region.  So far — amazing food, people and trip!  Ciao!
